An Outstanding Experience Working with Patricia

We had an outstanding experience working with Patricia on the sale of our Tucson home. She was highly professional, very knowledgeable about the market, extremely responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. What really sets her apart, though, is how she performs when things don’t go according to plan. As we approached closing, an unexpected issue arose from the buyer’s side that put the transaction in jeopardy. The timing could not have been worse because we were simultaneously purchasing a home out of state, and that purchase depended on our Tucson sale closing as scheduled. She immediately went to work. She coordinated with everyone involved, stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed, and went well beyond what we would normally expect from an agent to find a way forward. Because of her persistence and professionalism, the sale closed on time and we were able to complete our purchase out of state as planned. It’s easy to appreciate a good agent when a transaction is going smoothly. We learned how valuable a great agent can be when ours suddenly wasn’t. She remained calm, proactive, and completely committed to getting us through it. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to work with her.
